The neighborhood

Beach Park

The City of Tampa's neighborhood map puts Beach Park between Kennedy Blvd and Bay Center Drive on the north, Morrison Avenue and Beachway Drive on the south, the west side of Lois Avenue on the east, and Old Tampa Bay on the west. In the City's own description, it was developed in the early 1920s, and its large oak trees, winding streets, very large lots and mix of architectural styles make it a unique and desirable neighborhood in South Tampa.

Our streets here are short and quiet. Barbara Lane is a cul-de-sac off Azeele Street, minutes from Tampa International Airport, Downtown Tampa and Midtown. 5117 sits on the corner of W Platt and S Sherrill, minutes from Westshore and Hyde Park. Our office at 5201 W Kennedy Blvd is close by.

Flood zones vary street by street. Look up any address at tampafl.withforerunner.com/properties. In a FEMA high-risk zone the Florida Building Code puts the lowest floor at or above the Base Flood Elevation plus 1 foot, or the design flood elevation if higher (FBC Residential R322.2.1). We check the lot before we price it, and we file the City of Tampa permits, including the tree survey the City requires.
